This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and sets out specific behaviors that are prohibited on CrownMe Media.
Prohibited Content
- Illegal content under U.S. federal law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Sexually explicit material, nudity, or sexually suggestive content involving any person who is, or appears to be, under 18 (zero tolerance).
- Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or organized criminal activity.
- Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- Content that incites violence or hatred against protected groups.
- Content infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (including deepfakes) and non-consensual recordings of Live Sessions or DMs.
Prohibited Behavior
- Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, or coordinated attacks — in posts, comments, DMs, emotes, or Live Sessions.
- Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity, affiliation, or expertise.
- Spam, mass messaging, unsolicited promotion, or pyramid / MLM schemes.
- Vote manipulation, gaming the crown ranking, coordinated battle rigging, or tournament collusion.
- Use of bots, scrapers, scripts, or automation without our written permission.
- Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or rate limits.
- Buying or selling accounts, votes, crowns, Crown Shields, Founder status, or other Virtual Items for real money.
- Off-platform coordination to brigade, harass, or manipulate battles, tournaments, or reporting flows.
Live Battles & Real-Time Media
- Do not stream nudity, sexual acts, minors, graphic violence, self-harm, or illegal activity in Live Sessions.
- Do not record, screen-capture, rebroadcast, mirror, or repost another user's Live Session without their consent, except through in-app features we provide.
- Do not include third parties (including minors and bystanders) in a Live Session without their prior consent.
- Do not use Live Sessions to dox, threaten, or harass another user, on- or off-platform.
- Do not attempt to bypass moderator kicks, mutes, or Live Session bans.
Prohibited Technical Activity
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without authorization.
- Bypassing or circumventing security, access controls, rate limits, or feature flags.
- Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Interfering with the Service's operation, including denial-of-service or signalling-server attacks.
- Scraping, harvesting, or replicating substantial portions of the Service or user data.
- Tampering with financial-integrity systems, Crown Shield ledgers, Founder audit logs, or entitlement records.
Sensitive Content & Moderation Bypass
- Mis-classifying your own content to evade Content Filters or age gating.
- Attempting to un-mark
is_sensitiveor lower a moderator-set rating. - Using share links, embeds, deep links, or API calls to expose sensitive media unblurred to ineligible viewers.
- Modifying or attempting to modify
moderation_status,content_rating, or audit-log entries without the moderator role. - Re-uploading or rehosting content that has been removed by moderation.

Reporting & Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, feature restriction, suspension, termination, IP / device blocking, forfeiture of in-app items, and referral to law enforcement. EU users receive a statement of reasons and appeal rights under the Digital Services Act. Report violations via the in-app Report button or to support@crownmemedia.com.
Responsible Disclosure
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please email support@crownmemedia.com with subject "Security Disclosure." Do not publicly disclose until we have had a reasonable opportunity to remediate. We will not pursue legal action against researchers acting in good faith.
